• markets and promotes fresh avocados through advertising, events, cooking demonstrations, recipes, web site

Objectives of The Melbourne Avocado Committee

• To create awareness of the versatility and uses of avocados in cuisine
• To create a positive attitude of the health benefits of regularly eating avocados throughout life
• To create awareness of the nutritional properties of fresh avocados

The Melbourne Avocado Committee would like to offer an open invitation for all growers or wholesalers to join them in the promotion of fresh avocados.
